Payment Terms

Please be advised that when you make a booking we will only take 20% of the total balance owed to hold the dates you require.

We will take the remainder of the balance on your day of arrival.


Damage Deposit

Sometimes things get broken, we accept this.  Accidents happen and we do not charge for small breakages like glasses, cups etc.

We do however request a £250 damage deposit to help towards bigger more expensive breakages or damage.  Hopefully this would never have to be used as I am sure you would always be very respectful of our properties.  But in the unusual circumstances that something more expensive is damaged at least we can recoup some of the costs.  We hope this is an acceptable request to you.   

On your day of check in a £250 damage deposit will be held on the card you pay with. This deposit will be released as soon as the property is cleaned and checked. Usually the same day as you check out.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change which is why we offer a 48 hour cancellation notice period.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival we will give you a full refund of the 20% you have paid.

If you cancel with less then 48 hours till your arrival you will not be refunded your 20% balance.
